Monica Davis Jaffe has been recruiting in the Silicon Valley for the past 11 years.  She received her start at Hall Kinion as an Executive Recruiter.  She quickly distinguished herself and earned the Rookie of the Year award, which is an award given to the top producer among first year recruiters.  She continued her success and was awarded Top Producer Awards and the Paramount Award for her recruiting efforts. 

In 2002, Monica decided to form her own staffing agency, 1 Source Staffing.  Her goal was to create a company that delivered high-quality, consistent results while still maintaining the ability to adapt to differing client needs.  Some of her distinguished clients include:  Focus Frame, BDNA, Good Technologies (acquired by Motorola), AOL Time Warner, Omnicell and YouSendIt.  Over the years, the company has grown larger but the fundamental philosophies have remained the same.  She believes that every client is unique and deserves personalized attention to achieve their staffing needs.
